  This page shows some projects that Soundwaves of New England has completed. The difference between a "Surround Sound" system and a "Home Theater Room" is that a home theater room is a room dedicated to the home theater, whereas a surround system is usually a multi-use room, such as a living room, family room or bedroom. These days, a centralized "family" room that can accommodate all types of activities is usually the room with the TV. Adding a surround system will enhance your family TV viewing so that this new "media room" becomes the 21st century equivalent of the 20th century's "family room". Here are some examples of media rooms and plasma installations.
